A group of us ate there recently and I know my husband and I enjoyed it. To us it's worth the drive to eat there. I do wish we could get one in Lynchburg! It's my favorite Mexican restaurant!! We first ate in the one in Chesapeake at Greenbrier Mall. We tried to go when we were in town visiting family. We like the chips and salsa and I especially like their Salsa Blanco. When you first opened it was always brought out to the table. Now I have to request it. The other thing we preferred was the old way of bringing out the salsa in larger deeper bowls of the hot and milder salsa. I do not like these rectangular, smaller dishes. There's never enough and sometimes when the place is busy it takes a while to get more salsa and chips. I wish you would go back to the deeper, larger bowls. The Salsa Blanco was brought out in the larger bowl. Not a fan of the sweet green salsa, although our daughter seemed to like it. My husband really likes the steak and shrimp fajitas and sometimes he gets the shredded beef tacos. I enjoy your enchiladas and think yours are the best. Better than any of the ones I have had in any other Mexican restaurant. I also like the spinach casserole dish. The only thing that I have had I didn't like is your warm cheese dip. Too me it was practically tasteless. (I was surprised my son-in-law liked it.) I think your recipe needs tweaking. So I have never ordered it again. Sometimes some waiters and waitresses are better than others. But that can happen anywhere. Most of the time they have been good. Sure wish you would open one in Lynchburg, Va. It needs an upscale Mexican restaurant! With so many colleges around and the way it is growing I think it would do well.
